For a gentle nights sleep
Some recipes just work better at home. Like the Sleepy Time Latte. This has got to be one of our favourite bedtime rituals ever. Remember that rosy feeling you got as a kid after a day at the beach? Prepare to feel like that every evening before you drift off to sleep. This Sleepytime Latte is super easy, supports deep and relaxed sleep, and boosts cosy vibes. It's also an ideal sleepy time drink to get the kids to sleep too.
What you need for the sleepy time latte
• 1 tablespoon of Lavender flowers
• 1 tablespoon of Camomile flowers
• 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
• Agave or any other sweetener to taste
• 1 cup of plant milk (we love coconut or oat for this one)
• 1 tiny pinch of sea salt
How you make the sleepy time latte
Get into your pyjamas or cosiest outfit. Warm all ingredients (other than the sweetener) in a little pan until simmering. Pour the mix through a sieve and into your favourite mug, add some sweetener to taste, and enjoy!
