Breakfast, lunch and snacks
For lunch enthusiasts, we have two new additions to our menu: Shakshuka and Kofte. Shakshuka is a Middle Eastern dish consisting of a spicy tomato sauce with peppers, onions, and herbs, in which eggs are poached (can be made vegan, of course). It's a heartwarming dish that is perfect for a flavorful and nutritious lunch. On the other hand, Kofte is deliciously spiced and plant-based, served with a flavorful pea-mint dip.
If you visit us around snack time, you can enjoy new snacks like the Happy Calamari! This unique dish is made from onion rings coated in our special blend of herbs and spices. The result is a surprisingly crispy and flavorful snack that is perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying on your own.
For the main courses, we also have a variety of new flavour explosions, including the Crispy Beet Polenta and Dutch Delight. Crispy Beet Polenta is a crispy polenta made from red beets, served with creamy celeriac cream, Swiss chard, and a quinoa crisp. It offers a perfect balance of textures and flavours that will delight your senses. Dutch Delight pays tribute to Dutch cuisine with a twist. Creamy grain risotto is combined with red and white chicory, a silky carrot jus, and a bay leaf-walnut crumble. The dish is finished with caramelized onion, leek-onion butter, and a touch of dill for extra refinement.
And let's not forget our new desserts! From a chocolate-packed treat to a spring-like dessert with strawberries and rhubarb! As the cherry on top, we also have a new cake on our menu: the orange whipped cream cake!
